Nolan Ryan's Beef Sizzles at Texas Restaurant Show Hot from the grill, the smell of Nolan Ryan's savory, all-natural burgers and steaks wafted through the air during the 2009 Southwest Foodservice Expo held June 28-30 at the Dallas Convention Center. As the largest foodservice tradeshow in the region, Expo brings together all aspects of the industry for three days of business, networking, and education. The Southwest Expo is sponsored by the Texas Restaurant Association.
