The Tenderloin, A Holiday Favorite

With the holidays quickly approaching, it's time to enjoy some Nolan Ryan's All-Natural Beef as the perfect centerpiece for your holiday table. A whole tenderloin roast makes a dramatic buffet or carving board presentation that’s a great alternative to traditional ham or turkey. People who love great beef will appreciate the savory taste and tenderness of one of our fully cooked, seasoned tenderloin roasts.

When it comes to luxury, nothing beats the tenderloin. As the name implies, this muscle that rests just below the larger loin muscles on either side of the backbone yields the most tender meat on the carcass. Medallions, tournedos and filet mignon are all names for single-serving steaks cut from the tenderloin (also called the filet).

World Series Gala

The Texas Rangers hosted an invitation-only gala on October 29th to welcome folks to Texas during their run in the World Series. The Texas-themed event was full of boots, jeans and, of course, Nolan Ryan's Beef! Attendees enjoyed Nolan Ryan's Beef Tenderloin, among other beef dishes.

There were approximately 2,000 people in attendance at the event hosted at the Circle R Ranch in Flower Mound, TX. Other highlights included a performance by Neal McCoy and even an armadillo race!

The following night, the Texas Rangers hosted their first home game of the Series.

ALS Walk in Dallas

Nolan Ryan's Beef is a proud sponsor of the Walk to Defeat ALS, which brings communities together in the fight against Lou Gehrig’s Disease. In October, we were happy to participate in the 3-mile walk at QuikTrip Park in Dallas, TX.

It was a great event with about 1,500 participants. After completing their walk, participants enjoyed our Nolan Ryan's All-Natural Slider Burgers. We look forward to helping out again next year!
