Makes 10 Small Burgers

Ingredients
Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
1 cup prepared ranch dressing
½ cup pickled jalapeno slices, diced

Caramelized Onions
1 pound yellow sweet onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper

10 Nolan Ryan's 2-ounce pre-cooked beef patties, thawed
10 slices cheddar cheese
10 slices bacon, cooked crisply
10 small hamburger buns, cut in half horizontally

Directions
For Jalapeno Ranch Dressing: Mix ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and chill.

For Onions: Toss onions in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Heat large skillet over medium fire. Add onions and cook until golden, stirring often, about 20 minutes. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

For Beef Patties: Heat patties in the microwave for 3 minutes, 5 patties at a time. Top each patty with one slice of cheese, one slice of bacon (cut in half), and some onions. Spread jalapeno ranch dressing on cut side of bun tops; place on burgers. Serve with remaining dressing.
