Ribeye Steaks with Balsamic Sauce

Cooking time: 20 minutes
2-4 Servings

Ingredients
2 Nolan Ryan's All-Natural Ribeye Steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
8 ounces cremini or button mushrooms, halved
1 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of butter

Directions
Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add beef steaks; cook 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once. Remove; season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and thyme to skillet; cook and stir over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add vinegar. Increase heat to medium high. Cook and stir 7 to 10 minutes or until reduced to 1/4 cup. Add butter, mushrooms and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Heat sauce through. Serve with steaks.
