Beef Queso Dip with Tortilla Chips

1 lb. Nolan Ryan's lean ground beef
1 can petite diced tomatoes with chilies (Rotel)

2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Optional: For more tomato flavor, you can add an additional can of petite diced tomotoes or Rotel.

In Skillet: Brown ground beef and cook well.

In Crock Pot: Melt on low heat the cheese, stirring frequently. When cheese is melted, add can of tomatoes and stir. Then add the beef. Serve with tortilla chips.
