Nolan's Ranger Burgers![]() Ingredients:1 lb. Nolan Ryan's lean ground beef2-4 clvoes garlic, minced 5-6 shakes Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp. Steak Seasoning (Nolan Ryan's Steak Seasoning) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup hot or hearty barbecue sauce 4 Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns Instructions:In medium bowl, combine all ingredients mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties.Place patties on grill over medium heat. Grill uncovered 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning once. Place burger patties on buns and serve. Top burger with different condiments (cheese, mayonaise, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, etc.) Tips for Cooking:Burgers should always be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F using a meat thermometer.
