1 Nolan Ryan’s Guaranteed Tender beef tenderloin, whole
Seasoned salt
Course ground black pepper
Fajita seasoning, prepackaged
Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Nolan Ryan tenderloins come with fat already trimmed so all you should need to do is to remove skin with a knife. Place the tenderloin in an aluminum tub. Create a rub by mixing together the salt, pepper, fajita seasoning and Worcestershire sauce in proportions to suit your taste. Apply to tenderloin and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes. Place tenderloin on heated gas grill on high. Sear all sides of tenderloin until grill marks appear. Turn off one side of grill and cook tenderloin indirectly on unheated side for about 45 to 50 minutes or until tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 130 degrees F. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.

You can also finish the tenderloin in the oven if you prefer. After searing, roast the tenderloin in the oven at 450 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.  Allow tenderloin to sit for about 15 minutes before carving so juices can redistribute. Slice and enjoy!
