Nolan Ryan's Fully Cooked Beef Sliders, frozen (Four 4 oz. patties can be subsituted as well) 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired Instructions Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes. Add the flour and stir gently to combine. (It’s okay if the flour clumps a little on the mushrooms.) Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until it begins to thicken into a sauce, about 12 minutes. While the sauce is thickening, place the beef patties on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave patties on high for 2 minutes on each side, or until patties are heated through. To serve, transfer the warm patties to a serving platter. Pour the sauce over the patties. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately. Meal Ideas These steaks go great with mashed or baked potatoes, roasted sweet potato wedges, steamed broccoli, creamed spinach, or canned corn!
