Our cattle receive no growth hormone implants or antibiotics during the last 100 days of the feeding period. We carefully hand-select the beef for tenderness, then age it for 14 days to be sure every bite will be full of flavor. We are proud of the fact that the United States Department of Agriculture certifies our tenderness and aging process.
