While you may know me as a baseball player, the cattle business has always been my first passion. I started raising cattle when I was very young. Even then I was just as dedicated to producing the best beef possible as I am today!

After years of trying to find a consistent, high quality steak, I finally decided that the only way I could guarantee beef that was tender and good every time was to start my own brand. I gathered up several of my ranching friends and enlisted some of the top meat scientists and beef marketing people in the world. Together, we developed a program to provide you with guaranteed tender, all natural beef that would always be tender and tasty and a great value for families.

Our commitment to quality begins at the ranch and carries all the way through to the meat counter. We only work with licensed feedlots and we require that the cattle receive no growth hormone implants or antibiotics during the last 100 days of the feeding period. We carefully select only the tenderest beef at the packing plant and we age it for 14 days to be sure every bite will be tender and full of flavor. We are proud of the fact that the United States Department of Agriculture certifies our tenderness and aging process.
